In anticipation of their upcoming wedding, Christine Elliot and John McNeil wanted a celebration, but not a "wedding shower". Instead, they declared their celebration a "Rainbow", complete with a pot o'gold at the rainbow's end. Guests placed money in a pot. We played a version of "The Newlywed Game" and the winner, Pat Mason, got 10% of the pot. The other 90% was donated to Americans For the Department Of Peace. In fact, Pat donated her 10% as well. Even as they party, John and Christine never miss a chance to further the cause of peace!
