On September 17, 2006, Jill McManigal and Danielle Gram, representing Americans For the Department Of Peace, (AFDOP.org,) beautifully organized a Walk For Peace in San Diego, one of 80 such cities conducting walks. The event took place at Redwood Circle in Balboa Park. About 300 people participated, and were treated to a wonderful music program for over two hours following the 3K walk.
